Here are some recipes you can try with our KAOS protein!

Shanty’s On the Go Shake:

Mix two scoops of KAOS Protein with 8oz of Cold Water and mix in a shaker cup after a good HIIT workout.

 

Vanessa’s Smoothie

In a Vitamix add and blend the following: 1 cup Kirkland Mix Berries, 1 Tsp Green Powder Mix, 1 Tsp Balance Oils, 2 scoops of KAOS protein, and 10oz of Water.

 

Gus’s Smoothie

In a Vitamix add and blend the following: 2 Bananas (preferably frozen), 2 scoops of KAOS Protein, 1 Tsp Green Powder mix, 1 Tsp Bone Broth/Collagen powder and 8 oz of Water.

 

Nirvana’s Smoothie (Kids) 

In a Vitamix add and blend the following: 1 Banana, 2 scoops of KAOS Protein, daily vitamins and 1 cup Pecan Milk. 

 

KAOS Protein Waffles

In a bowl beat 2 Egg Whites until fluffy and set aside. In another bowl add the following dry ingredients:  1 cup Almond Flour, 3/4 cup Gluten Free Flour, 1 Tbsp Baking Powder, 2 Tbsp Swerve Sugar, 2 scoops of KAOS protein, and 1 Tsp Cinnamon. Then add to the mix 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, 1 Tsp Vanilla, 2 egg yolks and 1 3/4 cup milk of choice (Pecan Milk). Beat all ingredients with whisk or electric mixer. Once ingredients are mixed, add 1/2 cup chopped pecans and softly blend in the egg whites with a spatula. Cook in Waffle maker as long as desired. Top with your choice of toppings. We recommend fresh fruit and maple syrup or raw honey. Makes 6 servings.

 

KAOS Protein Chunky Monkey Cookies

In a bowl add 1 1/4 cup Almond Flour, 3/4 cup Arrowroot Flour, 1/3 cup Coconut Flour, 2 scoops of KAOS Protein, 1 Tsp Baking Powder, 1/2 Tsp Salt, 6 Tbsp Swerve Sugar (or any other preference) and mix. In another bowl mix 1 Large Egg, 2 smashed Ripe Bananas, 6 Tbsp smooth Almond Butter, 3 Tbsp Pecan Milk (or milk of choice), 1/2 Tsp Vanilla and mix. Add the wet ingredients with the dry and mix until smooth. Then add 1/2 cup chopped Pecan and 1/2 cup of White or Dark Chocolate Chips. Mix in and then place the mixture in the freezer for 20 minutes. Pre-heat oven to 375 F degrees. After the 20 minutes are over, using an ice cream scooper, add desired size of cookie mix into a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes. Makes about 16 servings. Enjoy!

 

KAOS Protein Morning Oats

In a pot add the following: 2 cups Organic, Gluten Free, Sprouted Oats, 1 cup of Pecan Milk (or preferred milk of choice), 1 cup of Water (could also skip Milk and do 2 cups of water), 2 Tbsp Swerve Sugar, 1 Tbsp raw Honey or Maple Syrup, 2 scoops of KAOS protein, 1 Tsp Vanilla, 1 Tsp Cinnamon and 1/2 Tsp Salt. Cook for 10 minutes on the stove, often stirring the mixture. Add 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans if desired and serve. Makes 4 servings.
